Who is the Starter Plan best suited for?

The Starter Plan ($9.99/month or $108/year) is ideal for small schools and coaching centers with under 100 students who want an affordable, easy-to-set-up system that replaces paper registers and spreadsheets while providing all essential modules and basic storage capacity.

Which plan is right for growing schools?

The Standard Plan ($19.99/month) is built for mid-sized schools with under 500 students, offering greater storage, scalability and reporting capabilities than Starter while including all core modules to support multiple sections and increasing administrative needs.

Do you have options for larger schools?

The Advanced Plan ($26.99/month) supports schools with under 1,000 students and is designed for multi-branch campuses needing high capacity and robust performance; institutions with more than 1,000 students can contact us for custom enterprise-level solutions and pricing.

Are there yearly plans available?

Yes - you can choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly plans (for example Starter at $108/year) provide cost savings and simpler renewals, making budgeting easier for institutions that prefer an annual payment cycle.

Can we request extra customization or integrations?

Absolutely -  STUDERP offers customizations and integrations (payment gateways, e-learning platforms, biometric attendance, data migration, advanced analytics, multi-language support, etc.) as add-on services at reasonable rates to match each institution’s unique workflows.

Is technical support included?
